Astrea launches new support application Astrea Diagnose for quick connection evaluations & faster diagnostics.
We have launched our first app-based system, Astrea Diagnose, that will help customers receive real time intel on device speeds, connection health and problem management. In addition to the connection evaluations and other benefits to the customers, our Customer Advocate team members will be utilizing the application features to improve the time to diagnose issues when they do arise. The application provides recommendations to improve connection health as well as provides communication features that improves the overall customer experience through 2-way interaction with an agent.

The free application provides the following features:
- Connection Health Testing. Run a network scan to instantly receive internet download and upload speeds. In addition, get personalized recommendations to improvement network connections.
- Router Testing. Run a router check to allow Astrea Customer Advocates to view settings on your router and make suggested changes to improve the connection experience.
- Share photos & videos. Improve communication with the Astrea Customer Advocates by sharing photos and videos through the application to aid in diagnosing connection issues.
Available for Android and Apple devices, download Astrea Diagnose on either the Google Play Store or the App Store on Apple devices. Astrea customers wishing to use this support application, need to simply search for Astrea Diagnose in either their Android or Apple store.
