If a customer is any way unsatisfied with any part of their experience with us, we want to make sure their dispute is addressed in a timely and fair manner.

If you prefer to send a written dispute, please mail your letter to P.O. Box 885 105 Kent St. Iron Mountain, MI 49801.
In any dispute, please describe in detail the offense that occurred. If possible, include the date(s), duration, frequency, and any other relevant characteristics of the problem or concern. An Astrea representative will respond to the dispute within 5 business days and will attempt to resolve the issue respectfully, efficiently, and fairly.
If the dispute is unable to be resolved through our dispute resolution process, customers in the state of Michigan may file a complaint with the Michigan Public Service Commission (MPSC).
