Astrea Diagnose

At Astrea, we developed an app that allows you, the user, to troubleshoot any issue you may be experiencing all through an easy-to-use app that’s available to all Astrea customers for free! The app allows you to receive real time intel on device speeds, connection health and problem management.

The free application provides the following features:

• Connection Health Testing. Run a network scan to instantly receive internet download and upload speeds. In addition, get personalized recommendations to improvement network connections.
• Router Testing. Run a router check to allow Astrea Customer Advocates to view settings on your router and make suggested changes to improve the connection experience.
• Share photos & videos. Improve communication with the Astrea Customer Advocates by sharing photos and videos through the application to aid in diagnosing connection issues.

Available for Android and Apple devices, download Astrea Diagnose on either the Google Play Store or the App Store on Apple devices. Astrea customers wishing to use this support application, need to simply search for Astrea Diagnose in either their Android or Apple store.
