Astrea has launched a new software system, Astrea Juice powered by Plume, that will help customers receive unparalleled user experience through Adaptive Wi-Fi, AI Security, HomePass, Parental Control technology, and Motion Detection.
Astrea recently partnered with The Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and CESA Purchasing in an effort to bridge the current digital learning gap due to COVID-19. As part of this partnership, Astrea is able to work with program participating school districts in our service areas to get their students connected with internet who otherwise may have gone without it.
It has been brought to our attention that many of you are running into disconnection issues while playing Call of Duty Warzone. After digging into this further, we have found that this is a widespread issue within the game itself and Activision is working to fix this problem.
We have been made aware of a scam call making its way through our service areas claiming to be from Astrea. The caller is asking customers if they would like to have their services upgraded and asks for a check to be sent by mail for the upgrade. We will never call our customers requesting a check be mailed to us for upgrades. Read for more details.
The Clark / Pickford Township Council approved, effective December 9, 2019, Astrea, a division of CCI Systems, Inc. of Iron Mountain, MI, to assume ownership of the Clark / Pickford Township cable & broadband franchise formerly held by Sunrise Communications.
