It has been brought to our attention that many of you are running into disconnection issues while playing Call of Duty Warzone. After digging into this further, we have found that this is a widespread issue within the game itself and Activision is working to fix this problem.
We have been made aware of a scam call making its way through our service areas claiming to be from Astrea. The caller is asking customers if they would like to have their services upgraded and asks for a check to be sent by mail for the upgrade.
